ANSARADA pioneered virtual data rooms (VDRs) in Australia. SaaS technology that changed the legal industry, simplified M&A while maintaining critical cyber-security for clients. As innovators, ANSARADA was evolving again and needed a brand to match where the business was heading: new geographies, new audiences, new products.
The truth about growing businesses is that they get more complex as they grow. Regulations tighten. Documentation multiplies. Risk accumulates in the gaps between systems, teams and processes. ANSARADA exists to solve exactly that, turning well-intentioned but often scattered, reactive ways of working into something controlled and deliberate.
The central brand idea came from what ANSARADA actually does for its clients in the midst of increasing business complexity: it takes them From Chaos to Order: an honest description of the value it created for every dealmaker it works with, and every business it wanted to attract outside of M&A with new products designed to work within the broader business eco-system. Every product, every feature, every workflow, and interaction is an act of replacing uncertainty with control. And from that, the business visibility, calmness and clarity that enables teams to make more confident decisions, at pace.
The visual and verbal brand expression was built to epitomise exactly that – the Zen-like calm that order brings.
The strategy landed internally as much as externally, giving the team clarity and confidence, and continuing to inform how ANSARADA thinks about its customers and product development.
ANSARADA continues to grow with customers in new segments and geographies. Order restored.
